Ray Hindieh
He learned to prosecute cases so he could learn to win them.
Before founding Hindieh Law, Ray Hindieh served as an Assistant District Attorney, prosecuting the very charges he now defends — DWI, drugs, assault and family violence. That experience is the firm’s greatest asset: Ray knows how the State screens cases, what makes a prosecutor confident, and what makes them nervous.
Today he puts that insight to work for the accused. He assesses law enforcement’s conduct in every case, gives clients straight advice about realistic outcomes, and leverages long-standing working relationships with prosecutors across Dallas County to negotiate from strength.
The firm’s Spanish slogan is a promise to the community it serves. Hindieh Law represents Hispanic and Latino families across Dallas–Fort Worth, with fully bilingual service and a dedicated crimmigration practice protecting non-citizens from the immigration consequences of criminal charges.
